All shipping costs must be pre-paid at the time of purchase. You may choose RoyalMail special delivery or DHL Express options for UK deliveries. International orders will be sent by DHL express only.
If you require additional delivery insurance, please get in touch with us before the time of your purchase, and we can arrange some for you. This normally carries an additional cost to the final invoice.
Delays and Damage to Shipments
Sometimes delivery delays are inevitable. If your shipment becomes untraceable or very late for an unknown reason, please contact us, and we will try to assist you. If any product becomes damaged during transit, ensure you take photographs of the damaged product, the internal packing, and the external packaging. You will need this to make a claim against the postal service or courier.
Royal Mail will post a notification of attempted delivery with instructions for shipment collection. DHL will inform you via email of any failed attempt of delivery. In either case, the shipment will be held at the courier/postal service for their chosen period. If the shipment is not collected within this time, then the shipment will be returned to SmartShow UK Ltd, and we will contact you. The original delivery cost, in this case, is non-refundable. If you require the same shipment to be sent out again, the shipping cost must be paid again.
